Proof of Work: We document each job with before and after photos, and we record video throughout the process to ensure full transparency and accountability.
Service Condition: Refunds or partial refunds will only be considered if the service clearly does not match the agreed scope or quality, and cannot be corrected on-site or in a follow-up visit.
Initiating a Dispute: If you have a concern, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will review the documentation and offer a resolution if appropriate.
Process of Refund: If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
